Hint:    When shipping with Continental Airlines, there are no summer blackouts, as they keep their charges in climate controlled environments, even out on the tarmac.  This is a good company and I have never had trouble with them.

$30 USDA Certificate is required:  must be signed  by a licensed Veterinarian.  
This means extra shots, and a Vet's physical inspection and exam, and certificate.

$20 Crate :  required to ship the puppy in, must be airline approved.

$25 Gas charges:  3.5 hour round trip usually beginning for us at 4 am.

This detailed page is not to discourage anyone, but merely to be out front with all related information.  We have openly posted our prices and as much info as we can about the complete process.  

If shipping, it is time consuming for those involved on this end.  There is much paper work to be filled out, schedules to meet, and the road trip.  The complexity of making this type of transaction happen is why many  breeders do not ship.  We will ship, but it is never an "instant" thing.  It takes a 'clear' payment and at least a week advance notice to get everything done, and to reserve space on a nonstop flight to the major hub in your area.
