Our puppies are like children to us, so we try to find them loving "forever" homes, that feel the same way we do about protecting them, and their quality of life.  We are fair to deal with, and thus post our policies in the open for all to see.

Breedable Puppies:  We do not allow our breedable AKC dogs to be cross registered and then bred with any other registry papers unless you live in a foreign country, then there are exceptions to accommodate transfers into peer registries.  In other words, if the AKC will accept papers to & from your registry, then we will also.

Breedable Females:  Also, if purchasing a breedable female, you will only be allowed to breed her every other season, as we want her body respected.  (Exceptions made to those professionals that we know and trust)  We do this to discourage puppy mills from buying our dogs...and it works.

Breedable Puppies:  Any baby that we sell with open papers comes with a contract that states that you must sell your puppies limited - spay/neuter terms; except for the ones that you keep for your own program.  We do make exceptions for other show homes, but we must approve of the home.

MinPins Only:  All of our breedable dilute puppies are sold on contracts where the new owner agrees not to use our baby in blue/blue breedings, EVER.  (This causes health problems down the line...)

Pet Puppies:  Spay or Neuter is included in the price!  FREE!  All of our "pet" puppies will be spayed or neutered (at 2 pounds minimum or 6 weeks minimum) before going to their new homes, free.  We breed & place our babies responsibly and do not want our "kids" to end up in the kitchens and backyards of puppy farms.

This is the BEST deal out there as we take all of the risk for the pup's recovery after the procedure.  We guarantee that your puppy recovers from the anesthesia, or you get ALL of your money back!  In writing, here it is!  (We will not alter a pup until a deposit has been received.) . A puppy can now be fixed as early as 6-12 weeks of age, thanks to the Juvenile Spay/Neuter Program.  It is a wonderful thing, as it is done early, is much less traumatic on the animal, faster recovery times, and no external stitches are even needed.  The puppy comes home just 4 hours post-op and is already playing!! . **  We have been doing this since 2004 with ZERO problems.  Zero!  Not one!  We have not even seen any developmental issues. . **  Our local humane society since 2001 has been a model of success with this program; dealing with thousands of puppies per year, with no adverse effects at maturity. . **  There are TONS of studies already done on this topic, and most of them concur that there is no reason to wait until animals are older in order to be fixed.   . ** Thus it becomes a breeder issue:  is the breeder acting responsibly?   . If a breeder chooses not to have their puppies fixed before placement, do they have a fool-proof way of tracking a buyer down to ensure that the operation gets done?  100%??  ( Note: If someone REALLY wants to disappear they CAN, and WHO can stop them...contract or no contract??) . Or, what if the buyer (despite all efforts by the breeder to "check them out") provides false documentation?.   (Note: look at how easy it is for illegal aliens to get FAKE documents and then get jobs...)  Does a breeder REALLY know the person that they are dealing with...like proof of entire life story...like CSI background check and all that...? . So, circle back to the breeder.... Why do we fix our puppies before they leave us?  It's a no-brainer.   We have a hassle-free 100% success rate. .
